Race Distances are:
TRIATHLON - 600m Open Water Swim, 6km Run,
25km Cycle (Swim-Run-Bike format)
DUATHLON - 6km
Run, 25km Cycle (Run-Bike format)
Wetsuits are advised, but are not
essential for the swim.
Approved hard shell helmets MUST be worn for the cycle section.
Relay Teams will be accepted for both Triathlons & Duathlons.
Souvenirs at each race.
Awards for both Triathlons & Duathlons. Overall Series Prizes (must
complete all 3 races)
