- "The Dave Knight Special" Duathlon - 2.5m / 12m / 1m (Minet Park)
After yesterday's Duathlon,
where Mr Knight was a DNF due to a mechanical problem, he decided to take his
frustrations out by doing the event again tonight. On his own...
Melissa confirms - "This
evening I acted as an independent time-keeper and referee for a duathlon at
Minet Park Cycle Circuit. Considering the near perfect weather conditions, the
turnout for the event was poor...a total of one athlete turned up for the race
of 2.5/12/1 miles....a certain Mr David Knight. (late again ;-))
However, I can verify that his
times and effort were admirable given the lack of competition to chase down"
