These are coached, group sessions based at the main pool - Hillingdon Sports and Leisure Complex, Gatting Way, Uxbridge, UB8 1ES

£5 per session

Monday - Meet in the cafe area 15 minutes before the start time

Wednesday Early - Meet in the cafe area 15 minutes before the start time

Wednesday Late - Meet at the poolside, changed, 5 minutes before the start time
