We have members of all abilities - our run and swim training sessions are split into ability
groups
We have a beginners/novice group at the running sessions - in addition, we also have a walking
group for people building up their stamina before joining a running group or who want to start
slowly after returning from an injury
Before joining a swim session, we do ask that all members can swim front crawl for 250m
continuously (10 lengths of standard 25m pool) - however, you do not need to be able to swim it
quickly
We have at least 4 cycle groups going out on a Sunday morning, including a novice group doing
about 25-30 miles
We always regroup at the top of any hills and make sure no-one is left behind
All run and cycle sessions are included, together with entry to all our cycling Time Trials
organised by the club
The only activity we ask you to pay for is swimming, this is so we can
reserve lanes in the pool - the fee is £5 per session or you can bulk buy 10 sessions for £40
There are discounted rates for students, along with these Member Services & Benefits
No, we only cater for adults at our training sessions, although we do have a discounted
membership for students (17+)
We do, however, organise a few events which children can take part in to experience the
sport
