Swim - Bike - Run Training Sessions


These are coached, group sessions based at the main pool - Hillingdon Sports and Leisure Complex, Gatting Way, Uxbridge, UB8 1ES

£5 per session

Meet at the poolside 5-10 minutes before the start time

  • Monday evening session - 21:00
  • Wednesday evening early session - 19:00
  • Wednesday evening late session - 20:00


Our Sunday Club Rides cater for riders aged 16+ of all abilities and speeds, riders meet outside the NURSERY, Denham, on the Oxford Road (A40), approx. 200m north of Junction 1 of the M40 Denham Roundabout (postcode for SatNav is UB9 4DF)

Novice/inexperienced riders please read this guide

Meet ready for the start time which is 08:15 between Easter and Christmas then 09:00 during the darker winter months - this depends on weather so please check the website and our popular Facebook Group for regular updates

You MUST wear a cycle helmet and a rear light is advisable, especially in the winter

Although the sessions are FREE of charge, Hillingdon Triathletes are covered for 3rd party liability but you need to be a member to be included in this cover (non-members are welcome to join in but should arrange their own insurance cover)

Just come along and enjoy a great social cycle with the all important coffee stop!

These are coached, group sessions based on grass during the summer and on pavement/road for the rest of the year

Tuesday Evening Sessions - Meet 18:30 ready to start in the Reception area at Hillingdon Sports and Leisure Complex, Gatting Way, Uxbridge, UB8 1ES

Saturday parkrun - There is no formal meet but you are likely to see a gagle of Hilly's congregating from 08:15 at Black Park Country Park, Black Park Rd, Slough SL3 6DS (http://www.parkrun.org.uk/blackpark/)

Saturday parkrun Triple - These are proving more popular and entail meeting in front of the San Remo Cafe in Black Park at 08:15 on a Saturday ready for a gentle warm-up circuit of the parkrun course, this is followed by the parkrun itself at 09:00 and then a cooldown run of the course to complete 'The Triple' (a total of 15km)
