Hillingdon Triathletes - Refund Policy
If you are unable to attend due to illness, injury, family bereavement or jury service, you will be eligible for a transfer to another Hillingdon Triathletes event published on its website at no extra charge.
If a transfer is not possible, a refund may be available at the club's discretion. Please note, all refunds will be subject to a deduction for admin and card transaction fees which the club has incurred.
All cancellation requests must be made 7 days prior to the event, after which no refunds will be possible.
If the event should have to be cancelled due to reasons beyond Hillingdon Triathletes control (for example – but not limited to – adverse weather, local or national lockdown) entrants will be given the option of transferring to another event or a refund as detailed above.
