As the first weekend race of the season our Spring Duathlon is a hugely popular event. A chance to blow out those winter cobwebs and get back into the swing of things.

Held in the safe traffic-free environment of the Hillingdon Cycle Circuit at Minet Park, there really is something for everyone.

PLEASE NOTE THAT AGE GROUPS ARE BASED ON THE ATHLETES AGE ON 31 DECEMBER 2025 AS OPPOSED TO RACE DAY
 

TRISTAR (8 & Under) - 400m Run / 1.5km Bike (2 loops) / 200m Run

TRISTAR 1 (9/10) - 800m Run / 4km Bike (4 laps) / 400m Run

TRISTAR 2 (11/12) - 1000m Run / 6km Bike (6 laps) / 800m Run

TRISTAR 3 (13/14) - 2km Run / 7km Bike (7 laps) / 800m Run

SUPER SPRINT (15+) - 2km Run / 10km Bike  / 1km Run

ADULT (17+) - 3km Run - 15km Bike - 1.5km Run
