Rider / Bike Requirements

All riders must wear a safety approved cycle helmet FRONT and REAR lights are MANDATORY You and your bike will be checked before the start, you will not be allowed to ride with out these items. NO HELMET = NO RIDE NO LIGHTS = NO RIDE

Procedure of Events

• Sign-On, Collect Bib Number

• Warm Up

• Arrive to assembly point 5 mins before your start time. A marshal will check for helmet and lights

• Release from assembly point to join start line

• Bike Holder/Pusher supports your bike and will release when the start is given

• Start-Line Official releases you at your time

• At finish, continue along A413 to Link Road and Race HQ. Return your Bib Number. Complimentary refreshments available.
