Communication was excellent. The team were friendly and the event was well organised. Would definitely enter again.

Very sociable venue. Lovely to have refreshments afterwards. Lots of volunteers and marshals around to answer any questions.

... Maybe introduce a little drop zone just after transition?

Not essential but an email before with a recommended kit list or something could have been helpful- I forgot a band to attach my number to!

If you are a beginner this is a great event; just don’t get put off by all the true triathlon bikes! This was my first ever duathlon and thoroughly enjoyed the friendly atmosphere

The club members are friendly at the event despite everyone needing to focus on their race.

I completed my first duathlon on the 16/06/22 and would certainly recommend it as an excellent event to attend. The set up was organised, the people were helpful and kind, the atmosphere was good and I thoroughly enjoyed myself!

great atmosphere, did the run in my wheelchair as my legs are squiffy when I run (ms). My chairs designed to race on the running track so go straight, go left go straight the one not very fun hill was a right turn into left so I have to steer with one hand and push with the other so can only put half the power in going up but apart from that zoom zoom, will deffo be back I have something I need to conquer. All the people organizing everything were lovely too.

From registration to bike checks, all volunteers, the MC at race briefing and the goodie bag, it was a great event. Friendly and supportive volunteers. Perfect weather for an evening or racing
