The Hillingdon Duathlon series is a great way to unwind after work or on a Sunday morning! Always mixed up distances, additional transitions, fancy dress - we have it all.

Starting in the Summer evenings to give everyone a chance to get home from work & make their way to the completely traffic free environment of Minet Country Park, with its purpose built bike track, racking, clubhouse & ample parking, everyone will finish while its light & still have time for a nice cup of tea & a slice of cake! 

Each event has its own set of instuctions & can be entered as a solo event, but you don't want to do that! It's called a series for a reason - enter them all, you'll see how much you improve during the season, use it as race prep for your bigger races, practice your transitions, but most of all, have fun!
