Hillingdon Triathletes GrassMan Triathlon is aimed at the people who always wanted to do a triathlon without wanting to purchase all the fancy gear and spend weeks and weeks training.

With the comfort and practicality of a non-wetsuit swim in an indoor pool, riding on grass and running in the completely traffic free environment in the grounds surrounding Hillingdon Sports and Leisure Complex, it's a perfect opportunity to dip your toe into the exciting waters of triathlon.

Our race includes entries for children under 10, 11 to 14 age groups and novice adult starts .

PLEASE NOTE THAT AGE GROUPS ARE BASED ON THE ATHLETES AGE ON 31 DECEMBER 2022 AS OPPOSED TO RACE DAY

And if you have raced before, don't be put off as this race is also suitable for more seasoned triathletes who like short sharp events.  

It is a morning of fun and pleasure and is all over by 10:30. Start times will be confirmed nearer the race date.
