We have done this event the last two years and it is fantastic. Only recommendations are that there could be a few more marshals when directing the athletes as the go from the swim to bike and then again when running as it wasn't always clear. Apart from that it was excellent! Thank you.

My only really small niggle was that the swim wasn't properly seeded, which would have made it even better. Even just an informal seeding would have helped.

Entry cost is one of the lowest and that includes a souvenir (a lovely Hillingdon Triathlete club teacup)and a beautiful finishing medal.

Great race but my son said it was a tough race. He said he would recommend it to someone if they had already done a triathlon before about it would be a tough first race. Tough cycling on the grass for novice so maybe a slightly shorter distance for the 11-14 year olds. Also 11-14 is a big age range a 11-12 and a 13-14 break down would make it a more even field. A small point but when we registered it would have been helpful if they had told us where to go for the bike transition. It was tricky to find. Also a little note in the briefing email explains that you needed to allow a good bit of time to find it and set up would have been handy as we underestimate the time it would take to set up 2 transitions compared to other races. But generally a great race.

One of the best event i have participated, great atmosphere amazing support from staff and marshals, thank you everyone who took part on it...wake up 5am was really worthy...it made my bank holiday so much enjoyable.

Thanks so much to the organisers. As a first triathlon I was so worried I barely slept the night before. I needn't have worried! Well run event with lovely friendly atmosphere. Nice touch that all the marshals had a list of our names so they could call out personalised encouragement. Made me want to do more triathlons!

I had an amazing morning now need to concentrate on my swimming for next year shame there's not another one indoors at Uxbridge people were so helpful so supportive Thank You

The marshals were wonderful.

Tough enough for begginers but so much fun.
