A great day of races with something for the whole family
It was a really good friendly atmosphere with reasonably priced races from Tri-start to adult on a safe, closed road circuit. We certainly hope to be back again next year!

Great event for children, superb atmosphere and fantastic support from volunteers
As a suggestion for next year - arm your bake stall volunteers with a card reading device... You'll surely sell more and it's actually super easy nowadays, can be done with a NFC-enabled mobile phone.

Good experience for a first timer!
It was the first ever duathlon for our 11 year old and us as parents. We did not feel lost despite this. Well organised and sign posted. The officials/volunteers were friendly, helpful and approachable.
Excellent organisation and friendly vibe!

Great duathlon on closed on 1mile closed loop that managed to cater for Team GB to complete beginner level.
Easy to find via satnav, plenty of parking on field behind. Very good place for newbies and youngsters as secluded and off the roads with people entering on a range of bikes so not exclusively carbon TT!. The track is smooth tarmac with no neglected sections and short and long loops. For adult race 15km meant 10 laps of the loop which was different for a road cyclist but you learnt the technical bits.
Only suggestion was that some of the newbies might not take in all of the briefing before the race regarding helmet, mounting bike and then dismounting so run that a quick demo by a marshal for them to watch might work better.
Tracy De La Rosa
So well organised and all the volunteers were so friendly and supportive. Thanks
